Seeing as someone needs to keep this RP from being a boring, self-modded one where the bad guys are usually always beaten, I'm going to take the B-man's suggestion and put a little more flavor into my character. Just forget that that one post I made as Noah was ever made
This is how he looks when not in uniform. Since his mission requires him to be inconspicuous, he'll rarely dawn his Team Blade uniform.
Richard Froy
Gender: Male
Age: 23
DOB: February 31 (If anyone seriously cares, I'll change it)
Blood Type: Red (Again, if no one cares)
Likes: Crime, stealing, out-smarting the do-gooders and other various nasty things. Also, women.
Dislikes: Losing to said do-gooders, not having cash, and people with senses of morals and honor. Mostly, he hates the people who have to give moral lectures when they battle.
Appearance: Look at the sprite. Figure around 6' tall and decent build. No scars or anything like that, other than some minor ones. Like I said, the outfit is just so he can travel incognito. When the mission calls for it, he will dub his TB uniform. The uniform is a blue jumpsuit with a 'B' on it. The B is made of a sword acting as the vertical line and two scythe blades, each acting as the curves on the 'B'.
Personality: An evil to the core kind of guy. He is a criminal for no reason other than he loves doing it. The thrill of doing illegal deeds seems to give him a rush.
Seriously, this guy is a "I will kick that sick orphaned meowth if it bothers me one more time" kind of person. His pokemon know and respect this, as they too share similar out looks on life.
-------------------------------------------------------
Biography: His parents weren't anything too special. In fact, they were pathetic, as where his siblings. Always staying in line and following the rules, never daring to draw outside the lines and always punishing Richard for doing anything even a little risky.
When he was 15, he had enough. He ran away from home and joined the new organization, Team Blade, as a mere grunt. It was a degrading job, as he had to take orders from some of the most incompetent head grunts in the world, but he was free from the neat-and-tidy world that he grew up in. After time, incompetents were arrested or KIA and the strong agents lined the ranks, he was one of the strong.
By 20, he had made the rank of admin. He had been involved in the execution off some of the most amazing crimes ever committed, including the kidnapping of Lance Blackthorn's niece.
Now, at the age of 23, he was part of TB's CPO: Covert Public Operative. The goal of a CPO is to play the role of a normal civilian who causes trouble and danger in society. Extensive research by TB social scientists has revealed that, if normal people are seen doing these acts and get away with it thanks to judges, juries, and police that are on TB's payroll, more civilians will get involved because "everyone else is doing it."
Because he needs to appear like he is a normal person, he wears the clothes that he does.

Gender: Male
Level: 1
TM: N/A
Exp: 0
History: An innocent-looking charmander that isn't so innocent. This charmander was bred to be bad. His family line had been in Team Rocket for years and it looks like Charcolt is going to carry on the tradition as a member of Team Blade.
If one didn't know better, they'd say that Richard custom built the cruel charamander to match his own personality.
Wing
Gender: Female
Level: 1
TM: N/A
Exp: 0
History: A pokemon that isn't quite as sinister as Richard or Charcolt, but is no stranger to cruelty. Wing's parents were captured against their will by trainers, which left Wing and her siblings orphaned in the cruel and unforgiving forest of Route 7, between Celadon and Saffron City. She was the only one that survived.
This event left a cruel mark on Wing that has caused her to lash out at others for the pain that life had caused her. Richard is not so much her trainer as her means to get stronger so that she can hurt more people and pokemon.
